MODE OF PAYMENT


A. Reservation Fee

1. Payment of Php 5,000 is required for reservation purposes. Said amount is non-refundable, non-deductable and non-transferable.

B. Cash Payment

1. Spot Cash
One time lump sum payment prior to construction. Five Percent (5%) DISCOUNT is applied to the Purchase Price.

2. Progress Cash Payment
Cash payment according to the following Schedule (2.5% DISCOUNT deducted on the last bill) :

> Down Payment - Amount equivalent of 50% of Purchase Price is paid prior to the start of construction.
> 1st Billing - Amount equivalent of 20% of Purchase Price is paid upon 50% accomplishment of house construction.
> 2nd Billing - Amount equivalent to 20% of Purchase Price is paid upon 90% accomplishment of house construction.
> 3rd and Final Billing - Amount equivalent to 10% of Purchase Price is paid upon 100% accomplishment of house construction.

3. Six Month to Pay
Amount equivalent to 20% of Purchase Price is paid prior to start of construction.
Balance is paid in six equal monthly installments starting the next month after the contract signing at 0% interest.

4. 12 Months to Pay
Amount equivalent to 20% of Purchase Price is paid prior to start of construction.
Balance is paid in 12 equal monthly installments starting the next month after the contract signing subject to 12% interest.

C. PAG-IBIG Financing

1. Payment of Equity from 5% to 20% of the Purchase Price is required payable in three (3) months.

NOTE : Five (5)% discount is given for Lump Sum / Spot Cash payment of equity.

D. PROCESSING FEES
